How DIY credits are calculated
Think of a credit as AI fuel. One credit is approximately equal to €1 of AI cost. Credits buy LearnCast media generation (voice, video, captions) and, if you use the LearnCast rate card, Mistral AI for lesson generation, learner assessment, and transcription.
You can manually draft, organise, and edit lessons without spending credits. Plug in your own AI for lesson generation, learner assessment, and transcription to avoid those LearnCast charges. Credits are used for pay-as-you-go media and for LearnCast rate-card Mistral actions.
